城島瓦の瓦工場「渋田瓦」を見学し、瓦から拓本をとります。
参加者が気に入った絵柄を選び、拓本体験をします。
取った拓本は、掛軸と額入り二つの作品になります。
昼食は「エツ・うなぎ料理かねひろ」にて筑後名物、うなぎのせいろ蒸し。
うなぎのかば焼きの乗ったうな重のようですが、もうひと手間ちがいます。せいろの中に、かば焼きのたれがたっぷりしみたご飯、その上にウナギのかば焼きをのせ蒸してあります。ご飯が隅から隅までタレの色です。
食後に「洋菓子工房ラ・ペ」カフェエリアにて、ケーキセット。
